1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the OddlyGilded webshop.

2. Order & Agreement

An agreement is concluded once the order is confirmed and payment is completed. OddlyGilded reserves the right to refuse orders.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods offered. We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors in price information.

4. Delivery 

Orders will be shipped to the address provided. Delivery times are approximate. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. We are not liable for any delays beyond our control.

5. Right of withdrawal

  • Standard home decor products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act (Wet Koop op Afstand)
  • Personalised and custom-made orders cannot be returned as they are made specifically for the customer.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please register returns via oddlygilded@gmail.com.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty applies. If you experience any defects, please contact us at oddlygilded@gmail.com.

7. Liability

OddlyGilded is not liable for damage caused by misuse or incorrectly provided information. Damage during transport beyond our control is not our responsibility, but we always strive to find a suitable solution within reason.

8. Privacy

Personal data will be used exclusively for processing orders, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)(AVG - Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming). See our privacy statement for details.

9. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via oddlygilded@gmail.com We aim to respond within 5 business days. As an online store, we are obligated to refer you to the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution. This platform is intended for large disputes between online stores and customers that cannot be resolved together.

10. General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

OddlyGilded complies with the European General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR):

  • Products are checked for safety and quality before shipping.
  • A GPSR checklist is included with every order, confirming that the product meets safety standards.
  • If relevant and upon request, operating or safety instructions will be provided.

11. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
These terms and conditions for OddlyGilded were drawn up on December 7, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE:

For protected animal species, the necessary documentation is always included. Although I educate myself regularly, it is nearly impossible to keep track of all of the laws and regulations of every country in detail, regarding collecting animal products, I also place the responsibility on you to check whether an OG is permitted under the laws of the country from which you order. Please order responsibly.

With every order, we carefully inspect our products and ensure they meet all relevant safety regulations, so you can receive your purchase with peace of mind. In addition, a GPSR checklist is included with every order, confirming that the product meets safety standards.
