Shipping policy
At OddlyGilded, we pack your order with the greatest care, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition. For sustainability, we ship as many orders as possible in recycled boxes.
All orders are shipped via PostNL. You will receive a track & trace code by email as soon as your package has been shipped.
Once your package is delivered to a PostNL point, OddlyGilded is no longer responsible for loss, damage, or delays during transport.
If desired, your package can be shipped insured for an additional fee.
Shipping costs:
Pickup in Groesbeek, the Netherlands, on Friday or Saturday by appointment: free of charge
- The Netherlands: €7,50 per order including track and trace
- Belgium: €12,30 per order including track and trace
- Germany: €12,55 per order including track and trace
- France: €12,55 per order including track and trace
- (Insured) The Netherlands: €17,20 per order including track and trace
- (Insured) Germany, Belgium, France: €27,55 per order including track and trace
PLEASE NOTE: when you would like to have your package shipped insured, please contact me. I'll send you an invoice for the remaining shipping costs.
Processing and Shipping time:
Your package will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days*. You will receive an email once the package has been shipped.

Return policy
At OddlyGilded, we do our best to process your order with care. If there's anything you're not happy with, please consult our returns policy below.
2. Exceptions (non-returnable)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised products
- Custom made products
- Special orders made specifically to your wishes
These items are unique and cannot be resold.
3. Conditions for return
Products are only eligible for return when:
- The product has not been used
- It is in original condition
- If possible, it is in the original packaging
Damaged or used items cannot be returned. We manually check all items before shipping.
4. Registering a return
Do you want to return a standard product?
Send an email to oddlygilded@gmail.com within 7 days with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (in case of damage or incorrect delivery)
We will answer your request within 2 working days.
5. Return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Always keep your proof of postage as proof of return.
If we are responsible for an error (e.g. wrong or damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs.
6. Refund
Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used to place your order.
Please note: Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless it was an error on our part.
7. Damaged or incorrectly delivered product
Was your order damaged or delivered incorrectly? Please report this within 48 hours of receipt to oddlygilded@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damage or error
We will then provide a suitable solution. We manually check all items before shipping.
8. Personalised products
The following applies to personalised products:
- No right of withdrawal
- No returns
- Replacement only for production errors
